Our moving truck broke down on Saturday 5 miles before Wells. Roadway was dispatched to assist us. They got to us and quickly identified the issue. They then had to tow us from Wells, NV to Heber City, UT. I want to personally thank Jeff Aldrich the tow truck driver for getting us there safely. He was kind, courteous and very professional. Unfortunate things happen but these are good people and will take good care of you.
Had a metal fuel line with a hole in it. They fabricated a new line in no time and me back on the road. Thanks for the Great service.

We had a bearing fail on my kenworth in the middle of nowhere and almost lost a front tire. No phone service. With my wife, 4 kids, and 2 horses. A hay farmer let me borrow his phone on a different provider. Made a few calls, and one was roadway. Talked to a very nice young lady who said that everyone was busy and to call back in the morning if possible if I didn't find anyone. Kinda wrote it off and called everyone else in the area. Nothin. We all stretched out, and a little after 9 p.m., someone knocked on the door. HE HEARD IN MY INITIAL MESSAGE I HAD A FAMILY AND ANIMALS AND CAME TO CHECK ON US! Hooked us up and hauled us to Wells. First thing in the morning, we unhooked the trailer, hooked it to a company truck, and hauled my horses to the rodeo arena. They went to work on the truck, and one of the ladies in the front office fed and watered my horses! They got my truck put back together THAT SAME DAY. They charged a fair price. I was happy to pay it. The work they did was fast and accurate.

We were on our way to Red Rock City from Salt Lake City when we experienced a major blowout on our trailer—our entire hub and lug nuts came off in the middle of the night! Thankfully, the team arrived promptly and began work first thing in the morning. We were incredibly fortunate they had the necessary parts on hand (which isn't always the case, as we learned), allowing us to get back on the road. From the *AMAZING* technician who arrived at 4 a.m. to the office staff and hands-on mechanics, everyone was courteous, communicative, and took the time to explain the repair process. While it wasn't an ideal situation, they made the experience as smooth as possible. And as a bonus, we even got some fresh eggs for tonight’s dinner!

Had lost radiator cap one trip out west. Tried the truck stops in the area. At 2nd truck stop, one of their wrecker drivers said to go over to their shop, they might have one! Sure enough, they did! Thank you Roadway!!!

Excellent company, everything is clear, on time, and professional. What I really liked is that towing usually does not handle details carefully and is very rough with the cars they tow. However, here everything was extremely careful, the transportation was simply impeccable. If you're unlucky and break down, which unfortunately happens, you're lucky if these guys can come to your rescue. Definitely recommend.

They guys are really nice they doing job carefully and professionally. I called them bz my truck jackknife near elko so they give me 1 hour estimate they showed up at time . I never seen any tow company worried our vehicle how they do . He charge reasonable price and very honest also he fixed some air leak issues he could not charge anything. Thank you for your service.

Me and and boyfriend got picked up by roadway towing guy he was nice we was in the middle of no where in Nevada. We needed fuel in our refrigerator trailer before we get to the shop and he took us through the petro so we wouldn't run out of fuel. He also drop us off at our hotel the same night as we got towed. Wonderful service
The crew and business as a whole are great. I needed a replacement seat and mount for a Sterling semi. They immediately stopped what they were doing on a busy Friday to help me. Roadway was very knowledgeable and willing to come up with a solution to my problem. The overall charge was very fair. They do not accept American express but I'm used to that I run into that issue alot. I can't give any sort of negative review these guys were great!
Simply said, we cannot say enough positive things about this organization. Our 40 ft. 5th wheel trailer suffered a complete broken leaf-spring hangar on I-80, 50 miles east of Wendover, Nv.; we were stuck in the middle of the Great Salt Flats! We found Roadway Towing online, and from the first call to their dispatch throughout the entire assist, we experienced excellent customer service. A temporary fix was made by road tech Dan Morgan, who followed us to their repair shop in Wells, Nv. 100 miles away. Dan assured us a permanent repair would be within the next two days, and offered us a safe place to stay in our trailer, should we choose to. The repair was completed in the morning on the 2nd day and we were on our way! Better yet, the total bill was about half of what we thought we would be dealing with. And all of this with polite & friendly service!
